To ensure you and your family are provided with qualified, compassionate in home caregivers, each of our providers undergoes a thorough interview process, skills testing, and background check prior to hiring. Our Health Home Aides and Nursing Assistants are also CPR certified, bonded, and insured, and each is supervised by a Registered Nurse.

Experienced In Home Care is a proud provider of affordable in home care services. With over 13 years experience caring for senior, disabled, and elderly residents in and around San Diego, we bring years of professional in home care management and home nursing experience to your door.

Tara Sanders – Director/LVN
After eight years of administrative experienced in the health care field Tara strived to provide more hands on care to her clients. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2006 and later obtained her Licensed Vocational Nursing degree in 2010. In all Tara has been in the home care field for over ten years and has extensive experience in working with many different clients who have a variety of needs. Tara was born, raised and now resides in Vista with her Husband and three children. Tara exudes a level of dedication and compassion that allows her to create meaningful bonds with all of her clients and staff.

April Dahlin – Certified Nursing Assistant
April has been a Certified Nursing Assistant/ Caregiver with Experienced In Home Care since 2005. April graduated from Sonoma State University in 2004 where she obtained a Bachelors Degree. In 2005 April began volunteering at the American Heart Association which sparked her interest in the health care field. In 2010 she began her education in the health care field and became a Certified Nursing Assistant. Currently she is working toward becoming a Registered Nurse at National University. April was born and raised in Vista and currently resides in Oceanside with her Fiancé and rescue dog. She is focused on promoting compassionate reliable care to all of her client.

Margie Rodriguez – Director of Client Services
Margie has been dedicated to the home health field since 1987. She began her career in medical billing at Tri City Medical Center where she was employed for over 15 years. In 2005 Margie join the team at Experienced In Home Care where she became the Director of Client Services. Margie was born and raised in Carlsbad and now resides in Oceanside with her Husband and 3 children. Margie strives to maintain an open line of communication with all clients and staff. This level of commitment allows here to serve as a source of comfort and support to all. We are proud to have her be a part of our team and extended family.

• Provide personal care including: bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence, care, oral care, denture care & ostomy care
• Perform light housekeeping including: prepare and serve meals, form personalized meal plans, dust, vacuum, laundry, change bedding & other duties which promote a healthy enviorment
• Assist with exercises
• Provide companionship
• Assist with transfers and ambulation
• Provide Bedbound Care
• Grocery shop & run errands
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and procedures
